Troll Leveling Guide
Darkspear Trolls share Durotar with the Orcs, starting in the Echo Isles (Classic era starts in Valley of Trials alongside Orcs). Their path is identical to Orcs, quickly converging on the Barrens.

The Fastest Way to Level as a Troll
As a Troll, your journey begins in Durotar. This zone is designed to take you from level 1 to 10 or 12. Staying here until you finish all local quests is crucial for building a strong foundation of XP and gear.
Levels 1-10: Durotar
Focus on the quests centered around the immediate starting area. Clear out the Valley of Trials before moving to Sen'jin Village and Razor Hill.
Levels 10-20: Moving Out
Once you've outleveled your starting zone, you'll naturally be guided toward the neighboring secondary zone. For Trolls, this usually means heading to The Barrens.

Your racial abilities can give you an edge. Regeneration keeps you in the fight longer, and Berserking increases DPS when you need it most.
